Initial Post - Welcome to the School Technology Policies Site!
This is a rebuild of the original site hosted by another company. That is why the blog dates are somewhat uneven in terms of posting regularity!
For the inaugural entry for this blog, there are some beginning notes to be made:
1. Goal / ScopeThis blog is a focused, interactive discussion on the development, modification, and implementation of school technology policies and procedures in the K-12 environment. There will be specific discussion areas for elementary, middle, and high school groups that will emerge over time.
2. ModerationThis blog may be moderated. Once the blog has a more robust readership, this may be adjusted or altered, but for the time being, entries and comments will be moderated. I feel that this maintains a level of professionalism, avoids spam postings, and facilitates solid discussion.
